Week of February 3

This week we have been bust working on visualization.  Students have been focusing on adding to ten (concretely, pictorially and symbolically).

Ask your child how they can make ten?

Students have been learning the importance of visualizing when reading and listening to stories. Students listened and drew what they saw as they heard the story.  The skill of visualizing aids in overall comprehension and recall of text.
